Please be aware that leather and cowhide naturally change color over time, showcasing their unique and authentic craftsmanship. shipments are inspected by our craftsmen before being sent out, and we aim to ship your items within 3 to 5 business days. If you notice any damages, please report them to us within 7 days of delivery. All returns will be credited with the exact same amount towards store credit. For non-defective items, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice/receipt date. We will only exchange unused items with tags attached, and they must be returned with the invoice within 7 days from the shipping date. Thank you for your understanding!
